Dear
Parents-
Our first meet is this Saturday! I am really excited about our opportunity
and look forward to seeing how we do against one of the best teams in the League.
There are a few things that I would like to remind everyone of as we go into our
first meet:
Double Dual: This is a unique circumstance where both Boys
and Girls will be swimming together. It is our first and only meet that will be
run this way. Please plan for our time to be extended based on the increased number
of events and swimmers. You should expect to be at the pool until at least 7:00PM,
and everyone should expect to stay for the whole meet.
Conduct: With a
large North Penn Team visiting our pool, it will be imperative that our team conduct
themselves in an appropriate manner. All swimmers are expected to be on the deck,
not in the stands or locker rooms. Locker room conduct includes safety first,
no running, no balls and no horseplay. On the deck, we ask that all team members
sit together and do not leave the deck without talking to a coach first. There
are many swimmers and events to coordinate and if we are unaware of your child's
whereabouts, the whole experience is impacted.
Attendance: It is ABSOLUTELY
critical to know if your child will not be in attendance. We will be including
everyone in the lineup, so an unexpected absence has dramatic effects. We understand
that there can be health circumstances that may arrive last minute, but we otherwise
need to know if your swimmer will NOT be in attendance by Wednesday. Please contact
your respective coach directly, phone numbers and emails are all on the website.
This
meet will be a HUGE test for our pool and our Meet Directors, so your support
and patience will be extremely important. I am excited for our first meet and
want to wish every swimmer the best of luck on the start to our season.

Club. PLEASE NOTIFY THE COACHES BY WEDNESDAY IF YOU ARE
UNABLE TO ATTEND (this will save time putting together the lineups).

are looking for 3-4 families willing to make some pasta salad. Please email

Please check the latest volunteer assignment
sheet to see where you will be on Saturday. If you do not see your name listed
for at least 3 meets, please contact
us immediately so we can place you in a volunteer position.
If not, you run the risk of forfeiting your $100 volunteer check.

SWAC Fall Fun Invitational Swim Meet - Nov. 16th:
at Central Bucks South High School 1100 Folly Road, Warrington, PA
on Sunday, November 16. We will have our coaches on deck to assist our swimmers.
Invitationals
are a great way for kids to try out strokes they are not used to swimming.
