Parents, please remind your swimmers about our 'team families' - groups (families) with one swimmer from each age group. Each 'team family' is encouraged to cheer for each other, sit with each other and the older kids are to help out the younger kids with getting to the ready benches and make sure the younger kids know what they are doing.

Check back throughout the season for 'words of wisdom' from the coaches, as well as important swimming and diving information....

> All swimmers and divers should swipe their Menlo membership cards when they arrive at practice.
> After practice has ended, all swim team members and parents must vacate the premises and scan their membership cards to reenter during normal pool hours.
> If you do not have a Menlo pool membership, you are not allowed in the pool area during non-swim team times. Even if your child has a membership and the parents do not, the parents should not be in the pool area during normal pool hours.
