Champs Entry Form

All swimmers should respond to this survey. B Champs are scheduled for Jan. 30th - Girls at North Penn, Boys at CB South). A Champs are scheduled for Feb. 7th at LaSalle University. Limited to 3 individual events and 2 relays (coaches will place your child in a relay if there is enough interest). DIVERS: Please take note to the number of individual events you may enter. If you plan on diving at B Champs, that counts as one entry. Deadline to enter is January 20th.
